My bad Xbox 360!
Ok, my Xbox 360 got the red ring of death. I sent it out and got it back a month later. I was really excited to play my Xmas games I got. It didn't turn on. I was pissed. I called Microsoft to see what was up. They said that it might be my power supply. So now I have to send them my power supply... Has anyone else had this bad luck?

uhh, not me personally, but my brother has this problem. We have sent his xbox in 3 times and they still havent fixed it... i cant tell if its just the xbox, or if its microsoft.

The last time that I had to send in my 360, which was a few months ago, they had me send in my power supply with my console. When I got my 360 back, I had a new power supply, and they took apart my 360 and installed new parts in it, just like they offered.

I'm guessing that they went to all of the extra trouble because this is the third time that I've had to send it in, and the last time I had to speak with their customer support branch in India, things got a little heated on the phone when "Roger" couldn't give me any worthwhile information as to WTF was going on with my repairs at that time.

Did you post about that? I think I remember reading about someone talking with someone from Xbox support in India. I also remember it being quite humorous.

To even call the Indian line support is laughable, I couldnt even understand what they were saying their accent was so heavy, not to mention, apparently the 12 digit serial number I read to them, wasnt 12 digits I went from cool to transfer me to America in about a minute...

i got the 3RRoD and sent it in to microsoft and got it back and was all happy about it! then 2 days later....3RRoD again! so i said screw it! and now i got a Xbox 360 Elite! It's running really nice and i just hope it doesnt get the 3 red lights! i'm sending my other 360 in to get repaired again but i'm selling it as soon as it comes back.
