Convincing parents to let you buy M games?

I don't mean to be racist or religionit or anything but are your parents Jehova Witnesses?

No disrepct to them whatsoever but my friend's parents are the same way, she's sixteen and her parents still won't let her go on dates

i think Jehova's Witness is a bit too exclusive. any type of fanatical religious parent probably wouldn't allow it.

A very old friend of mine's parents wouldn't let her date until college. Let your kids live their lives.

I have 2 ideas to help you out here. I did both and they both worked for me. My parents used to be the same. I'm 13 too and they just don't care anymore.

The first one is and isn't sneaky at the same time. Convince your mom to let you get a gamefly account. Since you will know the password this will work. Make sure she lets you set up the account though. She will block m rated games with the same password as the login password. Go for a few months with just e and t games. Then once she trusts you enough, start renting m rated games without telling her. Just be really careful though.

The second one is to just look at the game you want on youtube with your mom. If she sees the gameplay before you buy it, she might think about letting you have it. Good luck.

Or you could just wait until you're the proper age to be buying "M" rated games... like other people have had to go over the course of time.

My case. Sort of. I got my dad to buy me Socom. My mom let me get San Andreas when I was 17 since M rated is 17+ even though you have to be 18 to buy them (seriously, WTF?).

Everything else I've had to buy on my own.
