Prince of Persia input needed!

My mom got me the Wii version of prince of persia (subtitled the rival swords) for christmas. Seeing as how i can't play it for another month, i've been reading up on it. I read that the wii version was just a port of the two thrones, and i have heard some people say that the wii version feels weirder to play and doesn't really add much from the gamecube version. Any input?

Well, if you haven't beaten the PoP series, I guess you should play it. But I have, so I'm not going to get it for my Wii.

hi..playing rival swords at the moment..personally i think its much better than on the cube.

stuck on a certain part though... how do i kill/blind the huge boss character at the end of a level..each time i jump on his back and try to attack him he throws me to the floor and kills me..been trying to defeat him for hours and hours,,,any ideas ?

When you are facing a large enemy, you have to figure out how to activate your speed kill for that specific enemy. On one of the first bosses (the giant guy with the HUGE sword that you fight in the colisseum) you have to climb up until you are able to jump onto him. When you're on him, DON'T just start trying to attack. You have to wait until the time goes into slow motion (your speed kill activates) then you swing the remote and attack. You're going to do about four or five different attacks in a row, so be patient and make sure to wait for the slowed down time sequence. If this doesn't help just let me know. I beat the game like four days after i got it

worked it out eventually.. it was about timing !! oh..and after blinding him attacking his feet.. completed the game the following day.Bit of a let down to be honest.
