LOTR II: Battle for Middle Earth (360)
I received a demo disc for Lord of the Rings II: Battle for Middle Earth the other day, and I must admit, for not being a HUGE fan of the movies, I thought this was an excellent rendition of typical strategy games that are commonly found on PCs.
The way that they reconfigured the control scheme for a seamless PC to console "swap" was top notch, as well.
Now if I was a bigger fan of the movies (or novels), I would have gone out and purchased a copy of this game once the demo was over.

I enjoy the movies......I was also interested in trying this.
Is this game structured like the Command and Conquer or maybe Warcraft ???
I have to return Table Tennis today ,which I didn't enjoy too much, LOTR might be my next rent.

I think I read somewhere that the game is structured like C&C... wish I could say for sure, but I've never played any of the C&C games.

It was somewhat like C&C but I can't say I liked it all that much. I didn't really look at the gametype when I downloaded but I thought it was going to be like the Two Towers or Return of the King. I was a bit disappointed but that's probably tainting my decision. Giants are practically unstoppable.

So I was looking at this at Future Shop the other day and I looked like the good ol' Command & Conquer games. Does it play a lot like them? If it does, it's mine.
With this post, I have all the recent posts in the xbox section. Muah hahahahahahahahaha! lol

I didn't think it was difficult. I actually thought it was rather easy. The multiplayer is where all the fun is at. I'm not sure how much the game is selling for now, but if its rather cheap I'd buy it.
