Update with R&C

I rented Ratchet and Clank yesterday. When I started the disc, a message came up saying I needed to update my ps3 in order to play. So I checked the update and my ps3 told me that I already have the latest update. (1.93). So I tried again and got the same message. I was given the option to "update now". And I did. The updated is 1.94 and I have no idea what it did. Anyone else?

It's a Firmware update that installed the option to turn
Rumble ( On / Off ). I had to do it twice because the data was corrupted the first time.
