Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (SNES)
This may be an old game, but I'll tell you one thing. It beats the crap out of any Final Fantasy game I've played! Some of you may not know about this game. This game was a bit of a hidden gem, and not too many people have it. Luckily, I own a copy and the ROM of the game as well. Anyway, let's get down to the story.

The story begins with Bowser capturing Princess Peach once again, and Mario has to go run off to Bowser Castle to save her. Once there, he defeats Bowser and is about to leave with Peach, when suddenly an earthquake occurs. Mario and Peach are flung in different directions of the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario returns to the castle to find out that the cause of the earthquake was a giant sword named Smithy. He fell through the heavens, breaking the Star Road, and scattering the 7 Stars across the land. Before Mario could enter, Smithy startled him by taking out the bridge to enter the castle. So, Mario begins his quest to find Princess Peach. Later he meets a creature named Mallow, who claims to be a frog but looks nothing like one. After helping Mallow retrieve his Grandfather's stolen coin, he decides to join Mario and his cause. Even later, an entity from the Star Road appears in the body of a popular action hero figure, Geno. After Mario helps him defend the townsfolk from a madman who stuns people by shooting them with arrows, Geno reveals himself and joins Mario. After learning of the events that occured at Star Road, Mario must retrieve all 7 of the Stars from Star Road and repair the bridge to the heavens...

This game is old, but it's not hard to find and you can get it for dirt cheap on eBay. Anyway, I hope this game sounds appealing to those of you who haven't heard of it, and for those of you who have played this game, feel free to use this thread to discuss your opinions on it. One more thing I want to say...

MAKE A SEQUEL ALREADY NINTENDO! GOD!!! This game would be absolutely perfect for the DS. Just give it to us, and we'll shut up! THANK YOU!
