Our Socom CA clan [BBR] is looking to either recruit some additional mature players into our ranks or find other similar clans to play inter-squad games with/against. We have been around since Socom 1 and have always had a decent clan base; we are just looking for more people to play with. If interested, please read on:
What we are:
[BBR] is a Socom CA online clan made up of members ranging in age from 20 to 40 something. We are a very casual and laid back S3 clan that plays basically to hang out and have a good time fragging each other several nights a week. We also play some other games online together but the main focus is Socom.
Who were looking for:
[BBR] is looking for mature players to join us and play SocomCA together online during our weekly practices. We practice 3 nights a week to get together for some good old fashioned killing and fun times. Our get togethers generally starts at 9:30 pm eastern or so.
Were looking for Like Minded clans as well:
If any other clans out there want to meet up and play for fun (preferably weekly) just let me know. We can play in match format or mix it up amongst all players. We currently do this with another clan and we have become good friends and play together quite a bit.
What do you consider Mature?:
[BBR] was and always will be a have fun first sort of clan so if you can’t take a joke or are overly serious we probably aren’t the group for you. If you can respect the other members, give and take a joke and NOT shout into the mic you will probably fit right in.
What we do:
[BBR] is not a clan match sort of group, so if that is important to you I would suggest passing on us. We have found that setting up clan matches can be more trouble than they're worth so we mostly just play in inter-squad games or open rooms that we set up.
More specifically we have scheduled "Socom nights" during the week where you always know some of us will be on and playing so we all get together and have some great matches. We also occasionally hold scrimmages and tourneys amongst our members. We are not opposed to clan matches but we do them very rarely.
