They listened to the people. We voted for Crossroads, and thats what they are brining back. They said it will be Crossroads and other new maps. I like the idea that they will release other content via the store. Plus, I don't think it will make it unequal because everyone has the option to access the store. Unless they map you pay for the new add-ons which I will definitely not do, and probably stop playing SOCOM.

The additional items released must be payed for. This is not confirmed, but they will not release content for free. So Combat, I would suggest not purchasing Socom C...

I think they will bring back the desert maps of Socom 1 and 2 in maps packs.

It seems like they listened to us from the poll, and one of those was about what type of terrain we like.

Where does it say it will be paid for? Was this stated on the interview or something? I thought add-ons would be free for download

if the add-on maps were free i would be very surprised but i highly doubt that will happen. if that was the case, games like resistance would have free add-ons as well, but who knows, nothing has been confirmed yet.

Maybe they will make you pay $59.99 and that would cover all the future add-ons.

that is a very good point. I never thought of that. If $59.99 covered all future add-ons, i wouldn't mind that at all

Nor would I, but it's Sony. They like making money and releasing free additions wouldn't help.

Plus, if they were free, they probably wouldn't put as much effort into them than if you had to pay for them.
