I WOULD know because plenty Sony products of mine have broken down, such as the PS2.
And my 360 has yet to burn out.
If Microsoft's support is a joke, then Sony's must be a full stand-up comedy show.

NUN, do you think it might be the shipping or anything? Cause electronics can get pretty roughed up in shipping..(Idk, just a guess, it could of contributed to your second crash..)
