#2. The unicorn is found due east of the Ill Owmen. Watch out there are three Minators and if you fight them the unicorn will start to fight you too and once its fighting you cannot ride it and dont pull any weapon out around it, if you do it will attack you.
#3. Durring the first mission of the Thieves guild you have to steal a diary from some guard. If you read the diary it talks about him making vampire plants in his basement. If you go into his basement there is an entire table filled with vampire plants but they are only there if you go the night you steal the diary.
#4. If you walk around the Imperial City by the stables right outside there is a merchant,Shady Sam, that sells priety cool items including skooma.
#5. There is a skooma den in Bravil on the third floor of one of the houses. Its priety easy to find there are sometimes two guys standing outside the den drinking skooma.
#6. The Unfright Matron is located west of the Tomb of the Ancesteral Moths. Be patient the matron may take a while to appear.
#7. After you find the diary of the guy in the Black Hand in the basement take the diary and his mother's head. Go to the Apple Watch Farm(were you are saposed to go) and drop his mothers head in front of every body and keep talking to the members of the Black Hand until you find the guy whos mothers head catches his eye.
#8. this one is just a glitch but if you use a one hit kill spell on a guard while he is riding a horse he talks to you while his dead body is laying there and if you resist arrest than he will attack you but he is invisible.

I did find most of these, but some are really good finds. Here's some that I've find.
1. The Orc leader in the Chydenhal Fighter's Guild has a Glass mace named after him. The thing is, this is the only unenchanted leveled item in the game.
2. In the first Dark Brother hood quest you need to kill a guy named Rufio. He's not an innocent old man that here appears to be. He actually killed a Captain guard's wife or daughter. This made the Captain be arrest and you can see him the the prison.
3. In the Dark Brotherhood quest where you have to kill the retired watch Captain, his bodyguard will commit suicide if you kill him stealthy.
You need to talk to the guard after you kill the Captain.
