My thoughts on that game exactly. The gangs/mobs in it were crappy too.

I think they didn't show any weapons or anything basiacally because the game isn't complete, no where near infact. It would be pointless to show us a weapon they may later modify or take out. Taking out a blue car won't really have much affect on us, but something as blatant as a weapon will get people complaining.

I just want to know when the next trailer will be out that gives us some nice information!

Not that I didn't like this trailer because I did, but I don't like how most of it was just "sight seeing".

Maybe they will release the trailers based on the info they want to let out.

This one is to show us the setting, the next one will show the gangs, next will show weapons, etc.

Anyone that can't see that it is in NYC is a bonehead. It'll be interesting to see who does NYC better, GTA4 or Spider-Man 3.

I saw all those buildings, cars and people and had one thought: I can't wait to blow all of that sh*t up.

Those are most likeley all cinematics, but GTA's never really used traditional cinematics where they're much better graphics than the gameplay. I expect the gameplay to look just like that.

Perhaps they excluded any scenes of mayhem from the trailer in order to put emphasis on the story. We all know that you'll be able to rain fire & brimstone in GTA if you wish, but I'm glad that there'll be a potentially good story to this one.

The main character's obviously former russian-mob who's escaped to NYC to start over. Now class, how do we get someone who's trying to get out of the mob to come back into it? Kidnap someone close to them.

I'm interested.

I suppose it will be like comparing the original GTF Games on the PS1 to the ones the PS2. Huge Differences

Still....Trailer was Lame and definetley didn't cause a fire in the Loins, like I expected it to. It had the music and editing of a Super Hero Game.

And I suppose that this new charcater would be involved with the Russian Mafia or a Terrorist Cell. The Past PS2 games had a Smart-*** attitude towards them while this one seems to have a more serious tone. Probably because they weren't playing Slipknot During the Trailer. IDK I've got to see more

Nice... the trailer has me more pumped for the game than I was just yesterday, before seeing the trailer.

The city looked more detailed/realistic than I thought it would look, and I can already see a great sense of detail that's been put into the backgrounds. To me, the lighting effects looked hundreds of times better than Saints Row's looked... so I really don't see the sense in worrying about GTAIV looking "worse" than Saints Row looks.

(Just as I predicted weeks ago.)

Can't wait to play it... I love GTA games!
