(Picking up health packs is so 1980s, anyway!)
The "bodybuilding" aspect that they added was another welcome addition... it made it nearly impossible for people's characters to look exactly the same. In my opinion, it added a (yet another) neat twist to customizing your character to your liking... yet another thing that was seriously lacking in previous GTA games.
I'll probably never have really bad things to say about any future GTA games... unless of course, they make them like any of their other pre-San Andreas versions.

^Agreed. I liked the additions because it made it longer and more interesting. I hate games that you can breeze through in a couple days. With the GTA games I would just mess around on vigilante missions and have with the characters. It's one of the few games that I never really wanted to end in sp. I liked how they gave you different fighting styles to choose from. One thing I hope they do is give you more options for customizing cars. That's one of the things that disappointed me about SA. Just talking about it makes me want to play Vice City or SA again from the beginning.
