I am new to this game. In the second level of socom 2 after clearing the warehouse and proceeding to extraction point, I did not have any explosives to breach the gate. Starting over I found that the C4 was locked. How does one unlock it so that it is available to breach the gate?
I believe the "locked" means that it is locked into your armoy and you can't remove it... not that it isn't usable. Are you sure you approached the the breach right? Just look at it with your crosshairs and you should get a C4 option.
I've had the c4 not show up sometimes when I go to breach the gate. Not sure why, but it's fustrating because you have to go through and do the mission again until it does show up. And the other post is right, the locked just means you can't swap out the c4 for a different item. Just keep trying the mission and it should eventually show up.
