Go to a eseals quicksnipe tk room and i'm sure there's some nice ppl that'll teach you how to qs. IF you want a "print source" on how to quicksnipe just use the search button cuz there's plenty on topics on how to quicksnipe.
Quicksniping is basically jumping (optional) zooming in and then shooting...I recommend not to get carried away w/ raising look speed and acceleration or else you run n gun terribly.

yeah, heres a tip that i always do, i stay in first person and always keep my left pointer finger on the ^ buttion on the D-Pad, then when i see someone, i zoom in and fire, sometimes i jump, but it depends on what map it is.. try and line up the crosshairs so that when you jump, and zoom in, your crosshairs in your scope will be pin pointed
Some people use a medium scope, or a 4x scope to quicksnipe, thats good for close range and etc, like Citadel, Crucible Small, and those kind of maps... but the highscope is better for like Killingfields, Harvestor, Devils Road...
I saw someone mentioned eSEALS Quicksnipe TK rooms, these really help and there should be people in there willing to give you the basics

Correction:
There should be a bunch of idiotic kids in there who think quicksniping is either:
a) Hard
b) Useful
or
c) Cool
That will do nothing but cry about every little problem and make fun of you if you can't quicksnipe.

Jerdan5, I just recently read a Guide produced by a former Video Game Forum user named, "Nemidja_Midnilue9." They seem to have some very detailed, yet very useful information on some more of the very useful tactics, and manuvers used on a daily basis in Socom 3. To locate that specific guide go to: Video Game Forums > Sony Playstation 2 & 3 > Dedicated Socom Forums > Socom III and Socom:CA > Socom Tips, Tactics, and Strategy Guide > Expert Techniques and Strategies: 2 (Nemidja_Midnilue9). They seem to have somewhat of the correct information needed to define Quick Sniping to the fullest I suppose, but they should probably rename the title "Jump Sniping." Therefore, go check it out, maybe you'll locate your answer there?
