Yes. I dont know why they would strip the game of all the improvements they had made to the teammate AI. Being able to tell your team to 'get down' or 'go stealth' was extremely valuable in S3 but is nowhere to be found in CA. Its like they needed room for extra programming for the co-op stuff so they erased a bunch of exsisting code leaving huge gaps and holes in the gameplay. So then you have to make up for it by playing for all 4 members of the fireteam.
The AI seems to get even more inconsistent as the game goes on. I've seen enemies standing right in front of me in plain view but they dont react while other times they can see through walls; especially on the later levels inside the buildings. I've also had the fireteam frozen and not moving at all after I've issued simple commands like 'follow' or 'move to'.
Another big problem I noticed was the slowing framerate and choppy animations--as if the cpu has trouble processing all the information for the entire fireteam. Since the other 3 seals are cpu controlled instead of them being human-controlled and processed by 4 different ps2s, a single system has trouble running smoothly.
