The Answer Man Is In!
Ok so I got a few questions popped to me about the sausage on "TrailBlazer" and I will clarify the position of this sausage. First, it is NOT at the bridge by the radar station. So if you go over there looking for some spicey goodness, you are wasting your time. From the spawn, head towards nav point WHISKEY. This means, when you encounter the FIRST SQUAD of guys (usually 4 of them), bang a left. When you get to WHISKEY, continue down the alley and you will have to fight a squad of 3 guys. Before you cross THIS LITTLE TINY BRIDGE, face nav point VICTOR. You should be about 25-30 meters away from VICTOR. Now, there is a ledge to the right. Go on this ledge (which runs parellel to the water), and when you get to the corner proceed RIGHT. The sausage is right in front of you. I can't spell this out any more that I just have, so if you still can't find it, sell your PS2 and go buy Mario Party.
Also, I have discovered something wonderful about the badges. EACH TIME YOU SAVE, it gets added to your career stats. This includes bonus objectives, secondary objectives, knife kills ect... In other words, if you are playing a mission you have already completed, and in your first attempt you got a sausage, your stats will refelct this as long as you own the game. Let me break it down like this for you....
Me and my clanmate GTONE ran through the game right when it came out and beat it on admiral (using Co-Op mode since he lives in Little America, I mean Canada). We completed 12 of the 18 bonus objectives on this run. Now we are playing an entirely NEW campaign on Ensign. Before we started our second campaign, we checked our career stats and found out which of the 6 levels we failed to complete the bonus objectives on. So on our new (read - Ensign) campaign, we only completed 6 of the 18 bonus objectives (the 6 we failed to get the first time). However, because we have completed ALL 18 bonus objectives at least ONCE, we both hold the badge for completing all Bonus objectives. So if you missed something on your first run, just get it on your second campaign, and you too can hold all 32 badges! In other words, you do not have to beat all objectives in the same campaign to get the badge for it!!!!!
I am officially a SOCOM CO-OP GURU. If you have any questions, let me know and I will be happy to answer them. But not about the online maps, cause I haven't had the time to play those in depth yet!
