The new version is good and easy to see that its an expansion to III. Love every thing about it but the simple things in the commands... no get down order and I sell long for that ambush order that was in I. That command was stellar when used right. The terrorist are alot toughier and smart . So far so good I am at the mission where you actually find Vandal and I am impressed. I give Zipper a A- ; just hope that the saga continues and for some time to come.... Love the stats board at the end of the missions and the fact that you can go back and play certain segments that you wish .

Yeah, open mic is definatley the best part of COOP. But it wouldnt be that good for online with 32people. I played summit for the first time yesterday, and that map is completly one sided. First of all terrorists get to spawn on top of a mountain so they get the high ground and they snipe you off. Seals spawn on the bottom where the only cover is a couple of trees.
I played Summit small as a SEAL and went 20-5. All I did was rush up to the broken tree and hide there waiting for the Terrorists. Awhile later I hid in our base because we couldn't hold them off. I had fun.

I love combined as well, the online co-op just adds to socoms greatness. I see it as an exspansion to 3 as well and i like it alot. Hope to enjoy this game for awhile

The maps are a lot like S2 maps... gameplay is still like S3 but it's WAY more fun...
Combined Assault Is pretty fun. I just got it today and I played for a bout 5 hours straight. I've played all the maps except for Copperhead and a lot of them are awesome. I've been waiting so long for a map on a boat and now there's Anchorage. Also, I wanted a really good urban map and now we have Echelon. The Co-Op is great. Im so happy I have real people on my team and not retarded A.I. I'm kind of dissappointed about not having blood and some maps are mediocre like Threshold. Also, It sucks that there are only three new guns, not including the non-lethal ones and two of them have to be unlocked. Otherwise, CA is great. The graphics are better and the overall gameplay is awesome.
id have to say the little green circle tags of teammates was a great addition.. now team kills arent an excuse.. although its a little less realistic , but it always sucks getting killed by that dumbass with there random grenades
