As of right now, I don't particularly care for the Coop.....

I personally love Co-Op. I picked up my copy yesterday around noon and spent then next 4 hours playing only Co-Op with some clan members.

Then we made a normal room, and I forgot that I had to use a button to talk again.

I love CO-OP. If you play as a clan, it really strengthens you. The open mic idea was a great feature. All you have to do is talk, no pressing buttons. The enemy AI is far advanced than compared to SOCOM 3. You actually have to be stealthy and what not and kill just about every mercenary because if you miss some. Chances are they will come behind you. This happened to me a few times. What I don't like is even if your proning in a bush like 80ft away from them they still wind up seeing you..WTF? unless they have a thermal which they didn't there was no way of seeing me. Anyway you have to use teamwork, for the first few maps you can do it with just you and another person but then around the map Anchorage (7th map/admiral) it gets extremely harder. There are probably close to 50+terrorists on that map. And I assume the maps just get harder after that. My rating for CO-OP mode hmm..8.9. Finally they did something good!

Not only that, the little bastages CHARGE str8 at you sometimes if you miss with that first shot, I noticed as well that they all are not in the same spot when you have replay the mission b/c your clan mate shot the non-combatant!!!

The terr AI sniping ability is wayyy too quik and accurate, they get a beat on you after your 2nd silenced shot misses them and IF they miss you, it only by a matter of millimeters.

All in all the AI is really good in the co-op.

I did Ensign with the first map (winterblade) and when we got spawn, the terrorists shots like crazy. The AI is fabulous but the cons. are LAGS!!!
