I believe it 'twas in regards to Co-Op; regarding speculation as to whether or not the mission, in-game, would be rendered failed, or have to be aborted, pending the condition of the Lead in the four man squad being incapacitated/K.I.A.

IMO it shouldn't end your mission, that would be BS. Plus they have armor and med kits so you probably shouldn't be killed all to easy. Plus 4 guys against the AI seems like pretty good odds to me, and if they follow suit the missions shouldn't be to hard anyway.
