Yes.
I just got a message on my phone today from EBgames saying that the internet browser and "Talladega Nights" (the movie...on blue ray disc) will be available with all PS3's that ship out in november.
This internet browser could be the biggest advantage over 360 right now.... but im sure Microsoft is already working on their own version.
