dose rank matter?

Dose rank matter to you? Like i was playing waterworks and i was like"damn i lost my rank from lieutenant commander to capton" and ppl were like dude this is socom rank dont matter.

It doesn't matter. I went 20+ kills two games in a row and 3-4 other games before that where I got some MVPs or at the very least was kills over deaths and after ALL that my rank dropped about 250-300 points. It's really hard to get your rank up legit.

I believe so, i dont care about my rank. But i think its cool if your like a legit 4 star, or something cause most people that have it rank up.

To me, rank doesn't matter. I have played with some very high ranking players, and they were worse thatn me(played more than one game with them, on at least two different nights). I also have played with some low ranked people, and they kicked my rear end and a high ranking player's(the high ranked player was very skilled), and the low ranker said he was hoving an off-day. But yeah, rank doesn' matter.

I wouldn't want to be a legit 4 star, it would get lame because everyone assumes you're a rank up.

Its been said 1000 times. The ranking system is BS and no one is going to fix it. Try and enjoy the game the way it is because it's not going to change drastically before SCA comes out.

Ye ranking is realy useless because there are certain people who just rank up all day and mees up everything. Plus the way that the ranking system works is just realy stupid. All I have to say is rank doesnt show skill on Socom3.
