The one thing I don't like about this idea, is that at these forums, the same click of people would be getting the little title. Month after month, the same group would be getting it. There's really no point. Maybe on a different forum, but not this one.

But really, it's kind of a bad idea. It would make more members be mod-like..they'd be more "helpful" by telling other people to follow the rules, to use the search feature, etc etc..and we already have mods to do that. 30 other people posting being mod-wannabe's is not cool.

Today's lesson is how to be a suck-up.

First of all. You must PM all of the moderators a complete love letter and how you want to be their friends.
Next, you'll need a pen and paper for this one, you'll need to write down everyone that has over 1,000 posts AIM or MSN handle.
Then this is very important, you must add them to your friends list and talk to each and everyone of them, but first, you always must start out by the following.

1. Ask them if this is who they say they are on the forums. Ex: Hi! Is this you, the real Otter from the socom3.com website?

2. Now after they answer back, you must immediately say who you are and if you would like to be my best friend. Ex: Hi Otter, you're a real neat guy on the forums, will you accept me on your friends list on Socom3?

3. This is most important, if you really like the socom3.com! clan, and if you want to join, you don't just ask if you can join, you beat around the bush, say you know your a new member and all, and if you gain his/her respect, can you join? Ex: Hey Otter, are you the leader of the [S3] clan?

Otter : Yeah..

Noob123 : Well, thats really cool. I think its a great clan, I like the members in there. I'm such a new member, and right now I know I couldn't join the clan since I'm so new. But its cool that you have a clan for such an awesome website!

Now to put the icing on this perfect suck-up cake, you must act like a total and proper person, so that when the time comes, you can be one of the select few to be put on the ballot for the moderating position. Follow these directions carefully now. When someone spams a message, you take the liberty of telling him, "Wow, thats not spam." When someone starts a flamefest, you MUST be the first one to interject the fight, you must then proceed to tell them that you're going to PM a moderator to get you both banned. You can do this, because you are a friend of the moderators. (Refer to step 3)
