Headset Problems/Complaints/Errors

Hi, I'm not a Socom 2 player, but this does pertain to routers/mic fixes. I have a Netgear router, and used the corresponding router fix on S3 a long while ago. My mic probably works 50% of the time. Some people have told me that's just lag on the servers, etc, and that there's really nothing I can do. Is this true?

Well, there are a couple of ways to check if it's ur mic or lag.


1) If you have a keyboard, for S3 type up on screen does any1 else's mic work? that is one way...

2) go to many rooms, if ur mic doesn't work, it's ur mic...or ur connection...turn ur ps2 off and then on and then if it doesn't work check ur router, if u have a wireless connection, this increases ur chances of lag problems, which headsets not working is a symptom if u will.

3) Check your volume on the mic, and go to options on the screen and see if there is anything in there pertaining to ur problem.this is all ican think of at the moment, pm me if u still have problems...

ok my mic is like i think borke i can talk but can not hear the beep before u talk and cant hear other people what to i do
