Need help with Halo Wars...

hi im new here,and i need help with halo wars.i dont really know how too do much on the game and by the time i start figuring it out i get killed.please help.

Play Skirmishes on Easy. You'll learn it quick. You have to build your army up and attack.

Also, why'd u get the game if you have no clue what its about ?

He didn't say he had no clue what it was about, but that he can't figure out how to play it.

The first level is a tutorial level and I do believe there is an actual tutorial as a separate option. I would suggest going through these. It is a pretty easy, yet frustrating at times, game to play. It's not really fast paced so you have to have plenty of time to play...not a game you can pick up and have a level beat in a little while as the par times for each level is typically between 18-45 minutes and I have never, personally, came close to the 18' mark. Take your time and figure it out, it will be much more rewarding that way.

Yes these strategy games area all about knowing your army. You need to spend a lot of time figuring out what is good at killing what. Learn this on all armies so you can actually make educated decisions while you play. It makes it a lot more fun. A main thing to keep in mind also, is resources. Once you know what your doing the thing that will really decide who is going to win is who can get the most resources. So get as many resources as you can, and when you attack your enemy, make sure you hit his resources first. You may need to take out his turrets in the beginning also, but I mean don't start attacking his army supply buildings first, just wipe out his resources. Without resources he can't make an army anyway, and then you can build up for your next attack faster then him.
