Gears of War 2

I've been conflicted with this game ever since I heard about it. I loved the first one and played it for awhile. I played it through twice, once on hard, and again on insane. The online was definietly fun, but after awhile I got tired of the game and before I knew it, it was sitting on my shelf collecting dust. I don't wanna go out and drop $60 on GoW2 only to have it sit on my shelf and collect dust in a month or two.

I'll most likely end up renting this before I buy it. If I find that I just can't put it down, and the online is addicting, then I'll go to BestBuy and pick it up.

I hate trading games in, especially at gamestop and that's the only place near me that really excepts trade-ins. I buy the game for like $65, trade it in for not even half of what I bought it for, to have gamestop turn around and sell it for $54.99, it's pointless.

I believe it was $25. plus 10% off.

There were 2 different strategy guides as well. Regular and Collector's. The one pictured above is Collector's.

This game is really really good... I just couldn't stop playing it last night after I picked it up from the store, and to make matters worse, I had to get up at 5:30 this morning for work. Once I got home from work, I couldn't stop playing it... so here I am with a whole 3+ hours worth of sleep for the day.

Good times!

(Gears 2 could very well be the prettiest looking game that I've played since MGS4.)

Same here with lots of coffee over the past twelve hours.

The online was just amazing, as well as the single player, they added so much interesting features :D

Awesome! really improved from the first one not so dark the lighting is lots better, but the story line is killer so far...had 2 be up @ 4 a.m. running on 3 hours of sleep lol...here's a shout out to all the hardcore gamers!
