I honestly value the opinion from a person that has been playing the game non-stop over the weekend, and has already unlocked more than 40% of the achievements... but I am setting aside time to complete the Marvel Ultimate Alliance storymode before I start another comic book based game.
Being able to be the dark suited/sinister Spider-Man is worth the price of the game, in my opinion...
That way, I might even be able to buy a used copy of Spider-Man 3 at the store... that will save me some cash.
Way to go on your progress in the game, murk...
Used copy sounds better then buying, IMO its just worth a rent, i wont make that mistake again, Spiderman 3 can be beaten in about 2-4 days, its a shame they cant just work on a spiderman 3 game and work on it until its completely perfect and done, its like they say this game needs to be done by this date, no time to test out bugs or anything lol
I mean its a fun game and all, and the storys are kind of cool, but graphics and gameplay just arent as good :(
Well, I went out in searcg of Guitar Hero and not a single store had it, Gamestop was closed. So I got this instead.... it's pretty fun. I can see it getting old fast, but it wasn't my money, so it's all good.
i think the graphics are amazing.. well maybe its because i played the ps2 version first (which by the way sucked ***) lol. but i have a question... is spiderman and the black suited one the only characters you can be? becuase if so i really dont see a point in putting the playable character thing in the pause menu
The collector's edition of Spider-Man 3 on PS3 received an exclusive character... in addition to the normal & blacksuited Spider-Man, they give you the Goblin/Harry Osborne "combination" as a playable character.
(Allow me to do a backflip right now.)
Who knows? Maybe there will be downloadable characters or whatnot for the 360 version in the future? Sometimes, you just never know...
How's this for irony... hours before my 360 crapped out on me, I bought a new copy of Spider-Man 3 from someone on eBay for only $45... looks like I will have the copy of the game before I have a 360 to play it on.
If I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all...
I didnt like spiderman 3. I tried to milk the game of a few achievements before I sent it back and got frusturated and sent it away really quickly. The game was just bad. So many glitches, bad camera angles.
Also, I think my xbox 360 hates marvel games. I got so many problems with Ultimate alliance, (not loading properly, lagging, music going away, making it so I am unable to finish game) And now for spider man 3, I have to put the game in and out about 6 times for it to load. Either I get the, To play this CD please insert into a xbox 360 console, or the disc read error. Every other single game is perfect and no problems, but, just seems like it is only Marvel games xD

The Graphics for the 360 version are on the same level as a PS2 Game. And if a game has bad camera angles I just loose interest that much quicker. Ultimate Spiderman on the regular XboX raised the bar and Spiderman 3 for the 360 is way below that bar. I wish they would do another Ultimate Spiderman and put it out on the 360. But until then I'll just get my Spidey fix on Marvel: UA
I felt like Ultimate Spider-Man had its share of problems, as well... camera angles will nearly be impossible to "nail down", given the fact that you can zip around through the air on a spider web... hundreds of feet above street level, no less.

Zone of the Enders.........move faster, Zip around everywhere, game had PERFECT camera angles.
