So I'll have to do the process of getting someone 7777 again. But it shouldn't take long since I've developed a strategy to do that too. What I'll do is kill off every enemy except one. Then Minimize my whole team. If your minimized, you'll only do 1 damage. Then I'll manipulate the other monster so it won't ruin it. Then I'll basically attack my own character until I get his last two digits "xx77" then I'll go buy some potions and hi-potions to heal him up to 7777 to start the process all over again. Then I'll stick Knights of the Round <> HP Absorb so it will negate the need to heal my characters. It heals for about 15,000 ++ life. Then W-Summon it. Then Mime it to death. Then I will win. But hopefully he doesn't use Aire Tam Storm on me. Or its all over just, unless my characters are at top notch health. If I beat either WEAPON, I'll post back and describe the jumping around part.

BTW, mob, have you ever beaten either WEAPON?

I was just playing this game again, and I looked at this and laughing at you death. Beating emerald is easy, especially with 7777's, and I had pretty weak characters.

All you have to do is get Cloud to limit break, then get his health to 7777, and give him a mime materia. Give Barrett W-Summon and Knights of the round. Give Tifa mime.

Start the battle, and it will do the attacks for 7777. W-summon two Knights of the Round with Barrett, mime with Tifa. Both of those characters did only 5500 per attack for me, which isn't very much. I mime again with Cloud, each of his attacks do 7777, due to the fact that his health is still the same. At this point Emerald hasn't even been able to attack me, but I tell Tifa and Barrett to both use megalixers, because I knew he would, so I lost a little health, but it was all healed from those. Once it got back to Clouds turn, I finished him off with Omnislash no problem.

I struggled so bad trying to beat Emerald. But once I got 3 mimes and a KOTR, I killed Emerald before he could land a hit.


Ruby IMO is a tougher boss, I only beat him due to luck (I used the Ziedrich, so I dodged Ultima on 18% chance twice, instead of like 60% chance with the Aegis Armlet)


I beat the whole game, including every secret, within 2 weeks. Go me.

Now I wanna beat Legend of Legaia again, but that game takes forever!

Ruby was easy, but time consuming. I read a guide on how to do it. You kill two party members so you cannot be consumed by the quicksand, then you equip KOTR with HP absorb, and Hades with Quadra magic. W-summon those two, KOTR damages him a lot, you never need to heal, Hades stops him from attacking every other turn I think (in which time you can heal yourself from the KOTR). It takes a long time because you need to use KOTR like 8 times, and Hades gets summoned 32 times, both long summons, but it wasn't hard at all using that strategy. (you keep miming, so you don't use MP of course).
