Editing is changing anything from its raw state, to its new Production state. If you were to take your Raw Footage and moved it onto your timeline and then cut half of it, that's editing. If you were to Rename your raw footage, that's editing. Editing is very general but for most people, applies to the cutting and moving of your footage. But for people who actually have taken College Level classes, editing is just a stage in the long process of creating a package.

A/V editing probably looks the nicest, check our any of RX's s2 vids, all amazingly edited and look superb. That or Pibe/Cyrus on EU. Search them on gb.

Well... I've "edited" some of my footage in my videos, but people keep telling me that I barely edited it... What could they be talking about?
Like... I'd edit clips together and put them at a fast pace to match the music, and I'd be told that I wasn't really editing at all...

Effects? What am I gonna put in there? A CGI explosion or something? What/how do I put effects in?

umm i think if your useing pinnicale you can use the ALFA MAGIC but if you use vegas like daflip or myself you get better video an better affects!

Well, I did a search..... On the forums, and I didn't come up with any videos. Just about 400+ threads...
Nevermind, I'll just search the Videos Section of the SOCOM 2 boards.....
I'm so smart! /sarcasm
I saw it, and a couple more of them....
How do you learn these things? Do you have to find a tutorial?
