Looks good, because i havnt seen the other one (maybe, was it chu-mill-u-nair)

-BG is good
-Render is nice choice (al pacino(SP?))
-lighting is good
-C4D(?)
-text matches the theme

The only thing I don't really like is the text. I don't think the font goes along with it very well.
