Question
How does the ladder system work through socom3, I am aware how wars are setup and tracked through gamebattles.com/ Just curious how it all works through S3, how do you challenge clans, how is the reporting done and how are wars scheduled. I apologize in advance for the stupidity.

Times to War:ANYTIME AFTER 9PM
