i was at the end of the 3rd level (in africa), where the tank drives down the road....i was standing in front of where it spawns, and i see it coming, so i run away, but my WHOLE TEAM just sits in the middle of the road, and gets run over....it was the end of the mission too.....just an example of how each socom game's single player has gotten from good, to okay, to retarted.
I really do have to say....I absolutley loved the single player in socom 1. Socom 2 i never played it because it wasn't as good right off the bat...and this...this SUCKS!

yeah this does kinda suck and socom 2 single player was pretty good, a bit more challenging though.. AI was hella smarter, they didnt sit in the middle of the road and wave at the tank

yea they are very gay but i mean you do it for a reason and the reason is to get the unlockables and guns

another example of bad ai.
i was on the second mission (with the resistance fighters) and in the middle of the desert. we got out of the jeeps and started walking, the technicals just drove right at us, i moved out the way but the rest just sat there and waved. (didnt even shoot) and before anybody asks i already ordered fire at will.

the funniest thing in sc2 was a made one of the SEALS launch an M203 at another SEALS member.

one funny thing in sc3 was in the devils road mission. i was in the north village(terrorist spawn) and i saw a terrorist running away. i had an rpg with me, so i though why not waste one on him? i shot it, and it somehow hit that little half wall and blew me and my team up.

One of my funniest stories is the one where you have to plant the taps at fatdads location, well, i was sneaking around, there was someone looking, my team seemed to think it was ok to suddenly run out in the middle of the path, obviously he started screaming blue murder and alerted everyone.

Another funny story is the one where you have to blow up the bridge, well, the tank was coming so i hid behind the rock, i didn't notice, but jester and co where as per usual standing there, in full view of the maching gun turret up above, so one of the terrorists got on it and completely slaughtered it, while bravo was running around in circles, on another try i ordered my team to clear the area, they went past the bridge, which you can't go by, and went to kill a terrorist, they where fixed on shooting this terrorist who was limping away, and about 10 minutes later they finally managed to shoot 1 terrorist who was standing on elevated ground (out of my sight)

My funniest moment was when i was in the stormfront mission.I shot this dude in his head he got up shot me and i flew back 3 feet and died.

Mine would have to be when i set a claymore down for the terrorist and my team walked in (i told them to secure the area) and i got startled and killed all 3 of them.

I was playing the Single player, I think it was the first mission on Admiral. I managed to get to the Lake, and swam across. I get into the area walls, and I hid in a little are behind a broken wall. A sniper was looking at my fireteam, and shot me once in the foot. I tell me team to "hold position". I run out and start jumping, and hid being a nother wall. My fireteam decided they want to follow me, Jester runs out and get rocked. I tell the to hold again, and then another runs out and get killed. I say HOLD POSITION, and the last guy I had said "Ok Sir". I run back to him and he then runs out and gets killed. So, I throw a grenade and kill myself before the misson ended.
