dude first get to no them and see if they glitch, cheat, or rank up. If they do don't let them in or if your into that thing then let them in.any ways im so listen to me or don't
all i can say is, that making a clan is hard now, most people have clans and are content, and the peps that dont are usually newbs, my advice is to just find a clan, stick with em, then try to make the second roster for the clan, and you'll get peps that way easier than other ways
