Grenade Tactics

Okay the purpose of this post is for people to share any tactics they have about grenades. Like where are the best places to throw them, or just places where you seem to have a lot of luck. Also explain where you throw them (your position at the time). Or whatever it is that you. A lot of the maps can be dominated by grenade chucking, especially small ones, so help everyone out with your knowledge.

iiight i got sum tips for 'nade throwin..when ur throwin a nade such as a smoke flashbang and he hold r1 and run forward nd then when ur goin to throw it let go of r1 and push back on the analog stick ...almost goin forward and when throwin the nade goin backwards gives you more range on the nades....neone need nemore tips for socom hit meup wit a message or im (colombiamf)

Use a combo of nade+bullets. For instance, if you see that a guy is hidden behind a rock, toss a nade to the left of it and unleash a spray of lead to the right. Most often the guy will bolt out away from the nade and taste your bulets. Or, more humourous, is when they are scared of being shot so they stay behind the rock and get blown up.
PS: it's retarded how occasionally (especially when prone) nades will just refuse to be thrown and you have to try several times before they actually go.

Go with a HE and just start killing that's for open area's in a room or something launch a frag though the window but before you do that have your team cover the doors in case they try to escape from the frag. Once you throw the Frag in the window it's cool because the lights will blow up and the windows will explode one by one really fast and a person might come flying out.

It's always fun to see someone get blown up by a grenade that they thought was never even there.. but it sucks when you unexpectedly die from a grenade..

If there's a guy up close and your nading crouch, if your throwing distance stand up. Also do not kill teamates lol.
