Before You Start a Clan - READ THIS
Starting a clan well read this before because its a known fact that 3 out of 5 people who want to start clans fail in 1 to 2 months.

Here are the top 6 Reasons Why:
Dont have the time

Can't get the people

Won't stay active

All talk no Action

Won't practice

Dont know what there doing

I could go on and on but im not trying to tell you if your starting a clan not to but the best thing to do is go to a clan or just practice in battles. Then once you get some wins and get ranked pretty good(as well as now some people) then you can consider starting one.
Im just trying to help dont take this the wrong way anyone but try to consider.

The real reason of this is I know people all the time that are newbies or even if they have been in the game awhile that fail.
ITS NOT SO EASY AS YOU THINK
Ya its fun but its some little work to like:
Staying Invovled

Setting up practices getting people togther

Staying Invovled

Entering tournys

Training people and recruiting

I hope this has helped you AGAIN dont take it the wrong way its not against anyone.

Well if they leave over that than they dont need to be in your clan. Because if they leave cause of that and dont listen to there leader then they will probably leave anyway or in battle they wont listen so. My advice to you is give them a test whileyour recruiting people. If they will be loyal.

When I joined my clan it was like a frekin job interview. The leader made a room with other clan members and we talked for about an hour, first business, and then shooting the sh**(getting to know each other). Then I played a few rounds, first against them and then with them. Then they had a vote on weather I was in or not.

Everyone in my clan are friends with each other now(online at least). We shoot the sh** all the time, but when it comes to clan battles, we are all business.

My best advice is:
Get to know your members before sending a clan invite.
See how they play, how they interact with their team mates.
Set ground rules for being in the clan. Like be online at least 2-3 times a week, no cheating, play/practice with clanmates often, etc...

This way, when you finally get your clan going, you know everyone on it and know that you can depend on them to do what needs to be done.

ive tried starting a clan twice, the first one was a flop, we failed in about 2 weeks but my new clan was a success right away, but we dont recruit because we dont feel like it so we are just waiting to see if people will leave. The clan is me and 3 of my friends. Maybe once we get our wings we will recruit. (i dont know how it is a success but it feels like it)

The clan that I am in is huge! We have so many people we have to have 2 rosters. The only problem is how do I tell when other people from the second roster are on. Do I have to add them all to my friends list?

NEW CLAN
I JUST STARTED A NEW CLAN FOR THE FIRST TIME. I AM A CAPTAIN RANKED AT ABOUT 2000 WITH 4600 PTS. THERE IS ONLY 3 OF US IN THE CLAN RIGHT NOW AND WE ARE ALL CAPTAINS. I AM LOOKING TO RECRUIT ONLY CAPTAINS AND KEEP IT THAT WAY. DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEAS THAT COULD HELP ME OUT AND BUILD A STRONG CLAN?
