Suppressors

I use them about 65% of the time. What I like about them is the fact that you dont have to hit them the first time. You can miss the first 10 shots and still get the kill because they dont know where you are and cant hear/see where youre firing from.

Personally I believe that the slight decrease in stopping power is mre than compensated for by the element of surprise. Many times I ghave gotten quite annoyed after having gazing down at my health meter only to see it dwindling then having a guy I didn't even see run over my corpse. When used properly they can win a game for you. On mre than one occasio I've seen a guy outnumbered four to one find a nice quiet place to hide and effortlessly pick off the remaining members of the other team. Having said this there are obviously maps where a silencer is pointless but all things said and done, they are a must if you intend to have any hope of traversing the area undetected.

for some it may be hazardous to your health to use a suppressor 2 with anything lol

Use suppressor 1 if you can, 2 just hurts your accuracy more.

I always start out with a suppressor and a Front Grip on any weapon i can, but if i'm doing poorly ill trade my suppressor for a Red Dot.

I usually like to use them, but lately I've decided not to... the guns are way more powerful when you don't have a suppressor on.

Not all the time if you use a normally strong gun like the sr 25 u can put a s1 on a just pop them off just the same

Well there is an obvious difference between a 552 and a SR, because the SR is a sniper rifle...
There is a big difference between power of assault rifles, with and without a silencer.

Suppressor 1 is better for running and gunning because it doesnt decrease your accuracy much, but Suppressor 2 is good for use on weapons like the IW80A2 because it takes away less range. Usually when I use the IW, Ill equip the medium scope and suppressor 2 and basically snipe with it. You can still get about 100 meters of range with it, and thats silenced. VERY useful. However you cant run and gun with that setup. It would be suicide.

Yeah it really counts for pistols and assault rifles. But not Sniper rifles they rock with or without.
