This is a personal preference, but since I got S3 around December I have had my look speed maxed out. Just last week I finally decided to drop it some, and it has done wonders for me. I felt that when I had it on full and then whenever I got into close cqc action I was constantly missing. It was just harder to control. I don't over pursue my targets anymore as much as I use to. I feel it is easier to scope my enemy's now, since the reticule doesn't move so fast. In case you want know my other settings my accelereation is maxed, and deadzone is about 2/5 full. But whatever works for you, do it.
