I use both the Rifle Laser and the Front Grip all the time. I notice that whenever I'm running and gunning, using both of them gives me ALMOST on-the-dot accuracy. The trick is to fire in bursts though.
Whenever you have a Bipod, Laser, or Front Grip, you must learn to control your fire. If you blast the weapon constantly without letting up on the trigger, then the spray will go everywhere. If you can learn to fire in bursts (maybe a half of a second long per burst...), you'll be really accurate.
Whenever you stand still and fire with both the laser and the front grip (or the bipod), your bullets will be on the dot... but if you hold the button down it'll spray. That's common sense, pretty much.
Also as a side note, you can get an SR or a sniper rifle and go prone (if you have a bipod) and fire it without scoping and it will hit... so long as the crosshairs are tight and not spread out.
