Please help me so i can play online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please Help...........

I set up my network for my ps2 and it works fine with other games but when I try to log onto socom 2 online then I get to the universe selection. Once I select my universe then a screen pops up and says that there is a newer version of socom 2 that i need to download and store on my 8mb ps2 memory card. I didnt have any space on my memory card so i deleted some saved files on it and then i had 600 mb of memory on my card, so i figured that would be enough space for the update. Then I loged back onto socom 2 online and tried to download the update again. I finished downloading it and the game restarted and i tried to log back on to socom 2 online but again it said i had to download the update ( I thaught i already had .) So I went to the browser on my ps2 to see if the update saved to my ps2 memory card (8mb) but all i found was a blue square that was titled "Corrupted Data." When I checked to see how much memory it took up on my memory card it had a "?" where it was supposed to say how much space it took up. Then i checked to see how much space was left on my memory card and it said there was 0 MB left on my card so i deleted the corrupted file and I still had 0 MB on my card. So I suppose that the corrupted data is supposed to be the update for socom 2 online but for some reason on my memory card it acts like a virus. IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY PS2, SOCOM 2 GAME, MEMORY CARD, OR AM I JUST DOING SOMETHING WRONG??????
Thank You for your help

Try using a different empty memory card or re-format the old one.

Wet is right, just use another one. If you dont have another one you can just restart you PS2 and d/l it again and it should work.

IT BURNS! AH! THE YELLOW!

There is a sticky at the top of this forum board that answered many of these problems. Or you could PM DaKilla and annoy him and get him to help you. I do believe he had the same problem... .

Or maybe I don't know...
