Best Mini Series

Sorry for the lack of choices but heres the question what is your favorite mini series. If your option isnt up here vote "other" and tell us about the one you like. I chose Band of Brothers simply beacuse in my mind its the best piece of film about WW2. It has a great story with real characters and how they fought, bonded, and lived through the war. One of my favorite things is how they had some of the guys from Easy Company at the end of the series and let them help put their input up in the story.

Yeah I heard Speilberg spent a lot of time finding the guys from Easy Company and getting their stories and then helped write the screenplay like he did with Schindlers List. The Mini Series is accuatlly based off a book but they took a lot of input from the true guys.

Technically Battle Star Gallactica isnt a mini series since they had a couple of seasons already andthere still going but anyway Band of Brothers got my vote, it was plain awesome.

Band of Brothers. Battlestar Galactica? Who the **** watches that ********? I can't watch that **** for more than 3 minutes without puking. Plot is retarded and acting sucks and so do the actors. I hate Sci-Fi shows.

i dunno if anyone here ever saw the series "Taken" that was on the sci-fi channel a while back but it was really awesome

Band of brothers was the best mini-series ever made. Ever single episode was exciting and factual. Now its even on my favorite channel Hisory Channel!

I can't say that I've ever watched Band of Brothers. I only saw a few episodes when they were on. One series that I do remember though is the 10th Kingdom and I thought that show was awesome as sh-t. Fantasy, middle-ages type thing going on and I just liked it.
