The Story Behind Your Socom Name...

Well, as the title says... whats the story behind all of your socom names? Just curious because many of the ones I see seem to have some other meaning. Mine (Midge) was made because at the time of socom 1 my sister was dating a pretty short guy who I used to refer to as Midge because he wasnt quite a full midget (no offense any little people out there). The name stuck, and I later learned that a midget is a small and aggravating mosquito like creature which went perfectly with my motto of " I'm not small, I'm just hard to hit". Whats the story behind your name?

I just got my name from my friends calling me the The Ice Man when playing basketball and just used it for socom 3 name.

[Major Miner]

Major Miner. In SOCOM II, I was the MASTER pmn mine layer (so, a major miner); man, I would have all my opponents thinking twice about running anywhere when I was in a game. Incidentally, I HATE the pmn mines in SOCOM III; they're so bright red I couldn't kill Stevie Wonder with one of those things!!! They're about as subtle as a light-house... ZIPPER ruined the effectiveness of the pmn mine in SOCOM III. If any of you bone-heads at ZIPPER happen to read this, you've got to tone down the red on those things...

The name also has semantic value; significant/insignificant (major/minOr), and also the musical seventh chord "major minor," where you have a major triad with a minor seven over it (like C E G Bb). Music theory stuff...

Pretty sweet Miner... and I hate the mines now too, they suck so much. Only time I see where they are really useful is if you have it where somebody will jump down onto it (killing fields small, terrorist side entrance). Cool story too man. Keep em coming you guys.

I wish that I had an interesting story for at least one of the names that I use online, but they're all RadioactiveMan. Except for the one that I use on Star Wars Battlefront, which is Bossk. Bossk is a trandoshan bounty hunter that is in the Empire Strikes back for about 2.5 seconds. He's cool because his ship (the Hound's Tooth) has an automatic wookiee skinning table in it. I hate wookiees.

My name is simple.

My last name is Miller.

I'm a Sergeant in the Air Force.

That makes Sgt Miller (I know, I have no originality).

Mr.Wigglez came from unreal tournament 2k4. I loved that name cause i would hear people over the mic say damnit wigglez!!!

AnTiX i just like the name and its from ut2k4 also, its a characters name(an evilclown on a unicycle).

KingOfZer0 just a name i thought of. Kind of like im the king of zero, king of nothing. Probably stupid names to you all but i like them.

Mine SOCOM name is DubRX.

Which stands for WRX as in Subaru WRX...which is my car....and I love it.
