Sniper Elite (PS2/Xbox)

This looks like a fun game for all you sniper types out there. It's spicing up the dead genre of WWII shooters with a neat twist. Insane realism and long range fun seems to be the biggest part of the game. They also mention a co-op mode, and a multiplayer mode, which could prove intesting. The game looks really interesting. I'm hopeing you will have a sniper rival your against. Sort of like major Konig vs Vasily Zaitsev.

I picked up this game the other day and I must say it's amazing. I love the feel of it. Think Socom meets WWII. The realism is so insane. Everything is taken into account for your shots. Wind, gravity, distance, target motion, etc.....

There are enemy snipers who remain pretty well hidden until they fire and give themselves away. :D And if you feel like some run & gun play, you can pick up a machine gun as well and go to town.

The part I love the most is the bullet camera. If you pull off a really good kill, your screen tracks the bullet and gives a close-up of the kill. It's amazing, and GRAPHIC!!!!!!!!!!! :D

So for any of you who enjoy sniping, this is the game for you.

Oh, one more thing. It has 8 player online as well. ENJOY!

I want to get this game but I have yet to see it anywhere. I have looked in a total of three stores. It doesn't seem like much but they were all game stores so I figured it would be there somewhere but nope!

dam if youve seen behind enemy gates thats what its about vasily getting stalked that would be fun in the game getting stalked by a sniper so you gotta be sneaky
