Socom 2 or Socom 3?

In single player I think Socom2 kicks Socom 3's ***. I'm undecided on the online play though. It's just that when I play socom3, I feel like I'm playing ghost recon 2 (and that's not good). You just run around shootin tons of guys in Socom 3 and there's no element of stealth really. Also, your team is much smarter in Socom 2 and I can actually rely on them too get the job done. I don't have to hour all the enemies, sometimes in fact, I wont even get a single kill throughout a whole mission. In Socom 3, I have to make my team's go in certain patterns or else 1 or 2 team members will be stuck somewhere. What do you guys think?

No can't disagree more. The AI is still stupid they don't shoot at enemys that are right in front of them and besides the gun turrets on the Humvee's they can't hit **** I usually go through the hole mission killing everyone they are of no help what so ever.

I would have to give the graphics to S3 but i liked the commands on S2, like ambush

iv never had that happen to me in socom 3 but it happens seriously about 2 or 3 times a mission in socom 2... socom 3 definately owns socom 2 in single player but socom 2 is so much better online

Too many idiot's play Socom 3. When I played the other night, the were all team killing each other.. why? becuase they wanted to drive a veichle.

Socom2 is more fun. It feels like socom, it looks like socom and i dont have to play 4 minutes of running or driving just to get sniped.

Gunfights > socom3

i agree with you 100% on socom 3 your teammate do seem nnon smarter than socom 2
on s2 u really dont have to do that much, they can pickoff ppl that u can barely see

yeah and socom 3 online doesnt feel like socom anymore. In my opinion i kinda miss the smaller maps like crossrads and desert glory. Those giant boards in S3 get a little boring after a while cause when u die u spawn in the most farthest part of the map and u have to walk for minutes until u get to the firefights and then u die
or somethimes when u spent 3 mins to get back to the fire fights before u get there a stupid humvee or truck comes and runs you over and u gotta go right back

i also kinda miss that difficulty to kill a player in s2 better because its better of a challenge than killing some one in 3-5 shots

Oh and does the M82 sniper rifle seem to get les powerful in S3
