A tactic I've seen a lot has been in the fault supression small rooms; people turn off explosives and grenades most of the time. Fault Small creates a room with a single entry/exit point - as a Terrorist, run down the main hall towards the big cave room, and it's on your right. If you can get 3 or 4 people in there, you can usually hold down the room and win consistently until the time finishes. Sort of n00bish, but it seems to work 95% of the time.
