GTA:SA Question

The only other thread I saw was the GTA:SA "Hype" thread so I made a new one.

GTA:SA wasen't on my top list to buy when the game first cam out but I just got it about a week ago. I am stuck on one mission though. I don't know if I'm retarded or what but I just can't figure it out.

It is the mission you get from the wanna be gangster that works at the burger place, OG or something like that. The missions name is called "Beach Party" or something along those lines. Anyway, You have to go down to a beach party and steal the sound system for the guy but I can't get it. It says you need to talk to the DJ when you get there but doing that does absolutely nothing. I have even talked to her 15 times in a row just to see if I had to talk with her a lot... nothing. The van door is locked so I can't hijack it and I can't kill the DJ so I am stuck. Can anyone help me out here please?

Did you try talking to Denise? This would be the girl that is dressed in the (number 15) purple football jersey/purple bandana & she should be standing somewhere around the van that you need to hijack... she's the one that "triggers" the mission for you. I have played both versions of the game (PS2 and Xbox)... and it was the same for both when I played this mission. Not to mention that it was one of the easier ones in the game...

Did you try talking to Denise? Denise, I believe she is the DJ that it tells you, you should talk to and nothing happens.

You have to respond to her in a certain way for it to work.... I forget but I had the same problem...

I've responded to her every way possible. I have tried negative responses and posistive responses so many times each. It just doesn't work.

Are you still "stuck" on this mission? If so, I know someone that has the San Andreas "bible" and I can have him check it for your problem...

do a positive response,shell say something like wanna dance,positive response,then shell say something like lts see wat u got,u gotta hit the buttons that come,if u get them right and keep getting em and get a certaiin amount of points ull get it

Nothing like that came up for me..

And yes creep, I am still stuck on it. I got a few new games lately and haven't plyed much GTA. I'll get back to it soon though.

you might have to get your disc cleaned then because i remember this mission and what you had to do and all you have to do is talk to the dj and then dance....

I taqlk to the DJ, then the two people stare at each other for about 10 seconds, and then she turns around and continues DJing.

It's a brand new disc and it is completely clean. I looked at it. I got the special edition version of the game so I don't know what's up here.
