Most likely, I know some people that have a scratch on their disc and it won't load a certain map or two. Nothing you can do about it, maybe clean it and hope for the best.

same thing happened to me except with frostfire.

go to blockbuster. rent socom 2. make sure all the maps work for the blockbuster disc. switch discs. return your bad disk.

My disk is like in perfect shape. No scrathes nothing. Everytime Im done playing. I use some special game disk cleaner. Its in perfect shape.
Its so strage though.

Yea you can do the Blockbuster thing, and while you're at it why not just rob em too. Plus dont they mark their discs, and do you really wanna think of yourself as a dishonest person. If its that important, shoot me a pm, I'll send you my copy of SOCOM 2 for the cost of shipping. I'm never gonna play it again now anyway.
