No, you do not have to lead your target.
Also note proning out in the open on terrain that is similar to the ghillie suit your wearing works very well. You may feel exposed, think of it like you "bringing your own cover". It works even better at night (obviously) just dont get too comfortable, your not invisible and if your not using a silencer and you miss...
