Bolded is what I will focus on first. Improved hit detection does not by any means mean they will make funs more powerful. Hit detection is based completely on the room's speed. It is when you are shot with a DE point blank yet can still get a few more seconds before it catches up to you. This was fixed. What you are talking about would be Gun power. They decreased the power of the rifle but increase hit detection for all guns. This means if you shoot someone they will die, but you may have to shoot them more than once is all. That is better than shooting them multiple times without fatality which is currently the case.
