hey whats goin on yall

i got a few questions, i been searchin round the site for a while, i know these questions have prolly been answered like 90000 times, i just got off work and just heard about s3, and im very hyped now...

im an old school S1'er, played it 24/7, loved it, ya i recall the whole christmas newbie thing, was GREAT, anyway played a few months after that, then i became a total dumbass and bought EQOA, then a few months after that, my buddy got me into S2, loved it more than S1...then quit it, and eq..anyway im back and got a few questions if someone dont mind answering...


is there gonna be an online pre-set clan match system in game? or are we going to have to use a goddamn website again?

are the new maps really that huge that its an annoyance? are there no
smaller, fun maps, like old school ff?

is abandoned gonna be day time again(im praying for this one)?

are there gonna be glitches that they're gonna be usin 24/7?

how many more maps are there? i quit long before u could dl anything on ps2, are there gonna be new maps to dl regularly?

did they change the controls at all?

thats about all i can think of, any help appreciated, thanks

The game has it's own built in clan system now.

The maps are larger now, but you can change the size by changing the number of players allowed in the room.

Abandoned isn't in this game. No maps from Socom 1 or 2 will be around. They are all new.

Hopefully there won't be glitches. We'll just have to wait and see.

There are a total of 12 maps in the game. All of them are new.

Controls are changed slightly, but nothing major.

No one really knows any of these questions 100% because anything can change. But was is certain is 12 all (ALL ALLL ALL ALL ALL ALL ALL) new maps. From interviews with Ign the clan wars will be a ''Challenge'' type ladder in which you can challenge a certain number of clan ladder ranks up on a % scale so don't ask ''How many up can you challenge?'' If you challenge a clan and lose, you can't challenge them again for a while and you can only get one challenge from another clan at a time to prevent build up requests for the number one spot... If your leader desides to decline a challenge and it's not mutual ''Both clans decide not to war'' It counts as a auto matic loss for the clan who declined without other clan's ok... Got it? What i do not know is if you can only send out 1 challenge at a time... The controls should be changable so That question is personal.

For the release I dont think any old maps are going to be included. There are going to be 12 new maps that can be scaled down depending on how many people are in the room (I think dont quote me on this one?). As for the glitches no one will really know until some little kid kills you through a wall or mountain

yea if you put the size limit down to 24 lets say the map gets a tad smaller
glitching nobody know but yes there will be many glitches waiting for dipshits to find em...
