Are you serious? That chopper is the easiest thing to kill. What i do is simply stay inbetween those barrels near the entrance to the first base, pick up an AK-105 with some ammo and shoot it down. Or you can take an at-4 heat with you.....
But if you really want to keep it down then you have to use a lot of stealth. Imo you need an sr-25 sd. Take out the camera by the bunker entrance and then kill the guards.
I've tried everything, I run out of ammo dow n in the tunnels when I bring an AT-4...I've gotten al the way to the third base without being seen before(while killing all guards in the bases) then I go back to get Flatfoot and the damn Heli takes off and kills him.I've tried stealth...and I've tried just blasting through...maybe I just suck at this level.
what i do is i live flatfoot there i go kill all the terr just watch out of the heli stay under any camp house there if u see it shoot at it but try not waisting ur bullets
Well Me personally, I don't shoot at the heli...I let the spetznaz take care of it and they shoot it with AK-105's....I don't like to waste my sniper bullets on helicopter the I would probably miss anyway.
Just stick in the trees/bushes on the right side of the road near the first base if you trip the alarm early, and tell your team to fire at will. It usually takes about 2-3 minutes to down the chopper, sometimes less.
I shot it down yesterday...I got an M-4A1 w/ an M-203 and just unloaded a clip into that damn thing...I failed the mission because Flatfoot died coming outta the tunnels but I'll make sure to fix that...Thanx guys
No wonder you kept losing...you can in no way let your team take care of it. You have to get the job done yourself. And even if you have a sniper rifle, its not that hard to pick up an ak105 from a dead terrorist.
I didn't let my team take care of it...I was walking up the stairs and flatfoot ran out in front of a terrorist I was shooting at on the way up...don't worry about it though I beat it last night with all of my team full health...and a stealth rating of 95%...It took about 3 hr.'s...I had to start over a couple of times
