Deleting posts in the Showing of sections
Who deleted some posts in the showing off section tonight. One was a rule that makes perfect since. Please be honest about it, If no one speaks up. I'm going to have to take drastic measures. I'm pissed at the moment, because whom ever is doing it. Has no right to delete good posts.

ill be honest, it was me, ill explaind tho. the thread entitled "ok cheesy"was a bunch of flaming about how bullets had to prove that he didnt have to of the same topics for one sig. it was a bunch of flaming. and secondly the rule made by cheesy was a load of ****. one topic every 2 days, why doesnt he do that in his section(other than the gfx section). its so dumb. for example. if you post in the tips and tactics section. and you have 2 totaly unrealated tips such as how to camp and pistol strategy you arent going to post them in the same thread. its dumb and nobody will see them. it is the axact same thing for gfx and its is a dumb rule. i hope you see where im coming from. but if not o well. I also had many people asked me to delete these people(new and old members) so i wasnt the only one who wasnt going to take any of cheesys lame **** that he always trys yo pull in our section.

I'm with Vision.

First of all, Cheesy has no right to appoint rules in our forums, and secondly, who gives a **** if someone makes a thread within the span of more than two days?

Good thing you deleted it, Vision. I'm sure I would've if I read it first.

Ok for one. The rule, after you seen that I stated that I liked it you still went and deleted. The fact is, we are trying to get people to post in there own threads instead of creating new threads. For on this makes less threads I have to travel through. Secondly I cuts down on the clutter in the board. From now on, if a mod posts something in the Graphics Sections that you don't like, take it up with me. I'll handle it and talk to the person that posted it. I had a PM box full of pissed off mods today because this. I'll talk to you more in private Vision. As for you scuba, why you tring to play such hard as-s for. If you want to stay on the graphics staff, you need to get along. To which you promised DK.

See, this is the problem.

You won't let me voice my opinion unless you (or the mods) like it, or you'll threaten to kick me.

If a member posts one thread immediately after another, the second thread should be deleted. If he posts one, then a day later, makes a new sig, no need to post in his previous thread.

Do we have any right to make up new rules in other forums? No. They have no right to make up rules (with no consent from any GS) in our forums.

Scuba,
I don't mind you voicing your opinions, but this time around you came off as a jacka-ss. I see what your saying about the rule, but also fill like many of the new members are posting just to get there post count up. Some give a decent post and what not, but the fact of the matter is. We have a problem with spam in the Graphics Sections. I don't really like limiting the members of this forum, but the fact is, it is the only way of getting some of this spam cut back. I actuly went against my own policy when it came to this new rule. I should of had a vote about it in the Graphics Staff forums. I'm going to put up a new topic in the Graphics Staff Section to discuss ways that we can cut back on spam.

Thanks Bigmike8119

Vision,
I know you didn't agree with the rule, and I understand why you deleted the "yo cheesy" thread. But from now on I need you to send me a PM or a post in this section about mods posts in the graphics sections. When I recieve your PM or a post in her, I'll talk to the mod about it and then make a judgement whether to delete it or not. This will save much trouble and flaming in our sections. In the best interests of the Graphics Staff in whole, this will be the best policy.

Thanks Bigmike8119

You're asking for a way to stop spam? Take away the 20 post rule.

Having a designer wait two days to show off a new sig is rubish. If he makes a couple sigs within a short amount of time, they can (and most do) post in the same thread. If a designer makes a thread saying Sub Zero sig, why on Earth would he post a sig in the same thread a day later that is related to Socom? It doesn't make sense, and shouldn't be a rule.

The least you can do is have a GS vote on this rule. You said you are trying to bring the GS together, but you're only making the GM closer to you, by agreeing with their posts.

If we had a staff vote on this, and it was accepted, I would be fine with it. The reason I'm not fine with it, is because Cheesy can say/do anything he wants, and we can't touch him. I'm also not okay with this because it wasn't talked about with the GS. It's OUR forum, not Cheesy's. Why should we not get a say in OUR forum?
